Three things I learnt today

1) a small splash of hot oil one day, can turn into a huge-ass blister the next day. Much seepage.
2) when you lack inspiration with gift buying, over compensating by spending more on said gift does not make it any less crap.
3) ‘funeral crashers‘ really do exist, as Terrance Jolley is ousted by the lovely Victoria Coren - well worth a read, as Jolley responds to the article highlighting just how odd he is.
